The mezzanine level hosts the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which leads onto the pool deck and outdoor entertainment area. The doors all open up allowing the stunning view to dominate. There is a TV room on this level and downstairs is another sitting area and TV which is great for family living. From the garden is a path leading directly to the beach. Simply superb!

The kitchen, living area and dining area is open plan, and the kitchen leads out to the partially covered patio with dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a scullery. The dining area has a 14 seater table and chairs. The lounge leads out to a large entertainment area with sea views. The partially covered wrap around wooden deck area offers ample seating, rim-flow pool (no net/cover), a bar and gas braai.
