The view is really beautiful and spectacular.
Many birds and sometime small antelope.
There are Sea views through all the windows. You feel so In Touch with the sea and the Nature reserve that you do not want to go anywhere.
The flat is on the ground floor with a 180-degree Seaview, also overlooking the Nature Reserve. (The owners do sometimes occupy the house, but you are very private)
The whales and dolphins often pass by, also many ships and boats.
It’s 5 min walk to the tidal pools for a nice swim and there are beautiful walking and cycling trails just off your doorstep. 3 km to the Laundromat and restaurants and coffeeshops and off course the Most Southern Tip of Africa.
