A Seaside Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely seaside villa with beautiful sea views. The villa is situated in Kleinmond, a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty’s Bay and Hermanus.

The villa can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a gas fireplace and has lovely sea views. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a sea view. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. The fifth bedroom is situated downstairs and contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The villa offers a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

In addition, the villa features a TV with selected DStv channels, a fireplace, outdoor dining and relaxation areas, portable braai facilities, and Wi-Fi. Guests have access to off-street parking, and the house is secure with an alarm system.

Kleinmond offers nature trails, the Kleinmond Blue Flag beach, and restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
