Recently modelled to premium standards, this pet friendly luxurious and private beach access self-catering beach cottage hosts up to 12 people, and is generously serviced via 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Whilst every effort has gone into retaining the charm and character of a beach cottage, photos do not do this remarkable home justice.
Having personally been disappointed “one too many times” via hosts and venues that over promise and under–deliver, it was incentive enough for us to start up and offer our own self-catering premium beach cottages with the aspiration of exceeding our visitors expectations at every touch point. Comfort, safety, hygiene and cleanliness at affordable rates are all at the cornerstone of our holiday homes.

From the moment you park, you will instantly sense that Southport “searenity”.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted and orientated by our friendly host and treated to a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, toiletries and a small arrival gift. Bedding & towels (bath and beach) are provided while a camp cot is available upon request and when available.
Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en–suite while the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom (extra size shower, 900mm modern vanity, toilet & bath). 3 of the bedrooms offer a choice of a king size bed or 2 x extra length single beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 x adult size tri–bunk beds (sleeps 6 in total). All showers within the property are extra large and fitted with bi–slider shower doors, Italian tiles, Sanware and Mixers while all bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans and full size cupboards.
The lounge, kitchen and dining room are all generously open plan with exposed roof beams that lead through vista stacking doors and onto the most amazing patio and pool deck in excess of 200m2 with breath taking views of the Indian Ocean. The entertainment area also has its own dining area and 2 braai areas, one of which is under cover. Two of the bedrooms have direct access onto the patio area via sliding doors.
For your comfort, the lounge has a 50” smart TV with DSTV & Netflix whilst the kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas stove (electric oven), fridge and stand alone chest freezer.
All 350 m2 under roof (including the patio area) are insulated and fitted with the latest technology PVC Ceiling panels designed to regulate heat and cold through lateral corrugation.
There is ample parking, paving throughout for rainy days and the property is fully fenced with an automated driveway gate, pet friendly beams, state of the art alarm system, slam lock gates and custom made burglar bars, as well as CCTV Cameras that can be monitored through the smart TV. In addition, we have 2 x 5000lt water tanks, one to harvest rain water and the other to reserve municipal water.
