We normally keep it just for our own use periodically so just basics there. It’s got no Wi-Fi but it is available in the Club house in phase 1.

No air conditioners only fans.

Kitchen has enough for 8. Stove and microwave.

Washing machine but no tumble dryer.

Weber is available.

Large balcony over looking trees etc.

10 to 15 min walk to main swimming beach.

Swimming pool in the complex.

Gym and tennis courts are for use in the 1st phase. Amberley.
