This Beautiful, plantation style home is perch against the hill side of Zinkwazi whilst only about 200m from the beach and sea sand, an easy walk.

The house has GREAT Ocean views from every room and you will wake up to views of the Indian Ocean in all its glory. This large double story home is surrounded by shaded verandas on both floors, along with massive stack-doors. The cool breeze through the house makes the air-conditioning almost unnecessary.

THE IDEAL FAMILY HOLIDAY HOME. A blue pool offers lazy sun-soaking-cool-off opportunities, whilst leisurely time can be spend around the huge bar/dining area where the “big-fish-lost”, story of the day can be shared over a drink.

The house is fully air-conditioned and offer an active DSTV card and decoder, located in a separate media room, a GasWeberfor braai-ing and it is serviced. (Mon – Sat) The property is secured by partial fencing, an electric gate, security beams and alarm which is supported by an armed response team. No garages are provided, but there is enough secure parking within the fenced property. All bedrooms have sea views, AC, built-in cupboards, hangers and open onto large verandas. All linen is provided, please bring bath and beach towels. 

The house is configured as follows: Sleep 12 (Max 8 Adults)

Bottom floor: Large, spacious, open plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, scullery and laundry. Kitchen: Microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, 2x dish washer (one in bar), chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest loo.

Top Floor: 1st Bedroom: Queen size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds. 3rd Bedroom: 2 Bunk beds. 4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds. 5^th Bedroom: with Double bed. Bedrooms: 2, 3, 4, 5 are supported by 2 separate bathrooms which each has a large shower, toilet and basin. PLEASE NOTE: levy charged for maid, maids do not work on Sunday and public holidays, however you can rent-a-maid for those days from our local cleaning agency.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R370. Daily maid levy x 2 staff @ R250 each & departure cleaning fee R1200. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.

1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27^th or 28^th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27^th or 28^th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
