This is a beautifully furnished beach home with panoramic sea view. An easy walk to the main beach and located close to a direct beach access path.

There is a large partially covered veranda with furniture which overlooks the Ocean and pool, the pool is fenced. Gas and charcoal braai’s are provided. DSTV is provided and there is a maid. The top floor has ducted AC and the dining room and lounge have stand-alone AC’s. The property is secured by beams, alarm, armed response and is gated and walled. There is enough secure parking behind the house with easy access to the kitchen when the car needs off-loading. (no garages available).

Inside the house: Bottom level: Beautifully furnished lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest loo and one on-suite bedroom with double bed. En-suite with shower, toilet and basin. The living area opens onto a large veranda with furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided, it also has a microwave, hob and oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. The bottom bedroom has a private entrance.

Top floor: The house sleeps 12 people 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. MAX 8 ADULTS AND 4 KIDS UNDER 10 . All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Bedrooms & Bathrooms:  1st bedroom: Main bedroom: Queen bed, with full on-suite, bath, shower, basins and toilet. 2nd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds 3rd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds. 4th bedroom: 2 Bunk bed, suitable for younger children only. The second full bathroom upstairs has a bath, shower and basin. The toilet is separate. The main and second bedrooms open onto a charming balcony with furniture for an early morning cuppa and a newspaper whilst overlooking the Ocean.

No access to Fooze ball, Table tennis and Pool table.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off. Daily maid levy x 2 staff:  Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.

  1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
  2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
  3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
  4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
