The house has 4 bedrooms of which 3 are en suite and the fourth has a bathroom next door. There is also a separate toilet and basin in the living area downstairs. The main bedroom is downstairs (waterfront), the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs, 2 (en suites) of which are waterfront with their own private balcony’s overlooking the canals.
