The home has two levels.
On the upper level, you enter into a large spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Glass sliding doors open onto the veranda overlooking tree tops.
There are a fully equipped lovely kitchen and large gas Weber braai for guests who love to entertain.
The master bedroom leads off the lounge area and also opens onto the deck. The large master bathroom with walk in robe is light and airy.
On the lower level, you will find a completely separate second TV lounge with two en-suite super comfortable bedrooms leading off it.
All open out onto a deck in the garden where the buck graze and birdlife abounds. Often a mongoose family scuttles through The garden leads onto the Dunkirk Forest Walk, a 4 km trail and boardwalk within the estate.
The fourth en-suite is a separate room at the back of the house. This bright, lovely room has its own entrance and patio area.
All rooms have air-conditioning.
Take a swim in the clubhouse pool after a game of tennis or enjoy a meal at Ray’s Kitchen restaurant and pizzeria – open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a local fully equipped gym and sauna for the sporty, and Virgin Active Ballito is a 10-minute drive away.
King Shaka Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Local restaurants, shopping malls, movies, and convenient supermarkets are all easily accessible.
Its an ideal beach holiday home, serene forest walks and there are several game reserves only a couple hours drive away.
