This lovely holiday home is a highly recommended property providing self catering in Ballito for up to 10 guests visiting the Dolphin Coast region.

Very spacious and airy beach house with three large bedrooms, two reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large covered patio with built-in barbeque facilities and two separate studios on the lower ground offering accommodation for combinations of six, eight or ten people from the same family or group of guests.

The property is only a short five minute stroll through the bottom garden gate to the nearest beach which is Clarke Bay beach with lifeguards. En route to the beach you will find shops and some of the best Ballito restaurants.

The house and studios are fitted with security alarms and guests are issued with remotes to control access to relevant areas. The garden is fully fenced and a secure electric driveway gate leads to an open double garage for two cars with generous space for at least another two cars.

The daily rate includes a complimentary general cleaning service. Washing of dishes and laundry is not part of the service.

The house is well equipped and decorated with a modern twist throughout and sea views from most rooms. A balcony leads from the kitchen with the best sea views from the house and is ideal for those first morning coffees and spectacular sunrises over the Indian Ocean. The kitchen itself is equipped with a fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious lounge is furnished with a LCD TV, DStv and a sound-bar with Bluetooth connectivity. The sound-bar is perfect for listening to music from all Bluetooth enabled devises. A dining room with a table for six is located in an open plan layout next to the lounge and offers the perfect spot for indoor entertainment on cold and rainy days. Ceiling fans are in all rooms of the house and with air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The main bedroom in the house is furnished with a king size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms in the house are each furnished with two single beds and share a full bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.

Studio A&B – Only Rented With The House, Not Separately:
Studio B on the lower ground acts as an extension of the house for groups of eight people. This studio with a double bed is equipped with TV and DStv, air conditioning, washing machine, kettle, microwave, bar fridge and en-suite shower facilities. The studio even has its own patio with outside table and sea views for morning coffees.

Studio A on the lower ground is a well proportioned studio with ample space for two people. It is furnished with a double bed, TV and DStv, air conditioning, en-suite shower facilities and a full kitchenette with washing machine, microwave grill oven, snappy chef, bar fridge, kettle, crockery and even its own little barbeque. At the front the studio has a large sized patio with sea views.
