A comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom house, situated in the popular Marloth Park Conservancy. Marloth Park is located on the southern border of the Kruger National Park, and is ideally situated for those who enjoy game viewing. Free-roaming game wander around Marloth Park, and you may be visited by warthog, zebra, kudu, impala or giraffe.

The house can accommodate 10 guests in 3 bedrooms. (Recommended for up to 6 adults and 4 kids).

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated downstairs and have a queen-size bed in each. The third bedroom is upstairs and is a loft-style bedroom with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans for those hot summer days. There are 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a 2 fridge-freezers, a gas stove with oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge is equipped with a TV with Open view channels.

The undercover patio area overlooks the bush, and has outdoor patio furniture, a splash pool and braai facilities for guests to enjoy. Covered parking is available for 4 vehicles.

There is an alarm system in the house, as well as a panic remote for safety. Air-conditioning is available in the main part of the house, not in the bedrooms, and is for the guests own account if they choose to make use of the air-conditioning.

Marloth Park offers the convenience of 2 shopping centers, 2 hardware stores, a curio shop, liquor store, a variety of restaurants, a communal swimming pool, jungle gym and playground, laundry, ice-cream shop, fuel station, 2 car-wash bays, a purified water shop, a bakery, and a butcher.
