Two bedrooms are located downstairs (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) and the master bedroom is located on the upper level (also with en-suite bathroom). The outdoor area has a large private deck that is ideal for those that love entertaining and is the perfect sundowner spot.
The deck also has a pool which enables one to enjoy the surrounding, breath-taking sea and mountain views. At the back of the property you can relax in the courtyard setting with a small lounge area. Ty Gwyn is in a great location and close to all the attractions and amenities Cape Town has to offer.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities.
