Spacious and modern up-market villa with 4 bedrooms, all en-suite. A luxurious home, located in Cape Town’s trendiest suburb, situated a few minutes walk from the main beach of Camps Bay, restaurants and nightspots of the strip.
The villa’s extended living area and kitchen has under-tile heating. An air conditioning heating/cooling unit is fitted in the open plan kitchen flowing onto the lounge. The downstairs bedrooms have under-tile heating and the second level bedrooms are both fitted with air conditioning heating/cooling units. The villa is serviced 6 days per week. Towels are changed every day and linen every third day. The villa has a no smoking policy therefore smoking is not allowed in the villa’s covered living areas and rooms. The villa is suitable for families with children but the uncovered pool and open staircases require supervision for young children. No pets are allowed in the villa.
The villa has a large deck with 10 x 3m private pool, overlooking the mountains and bay. Open flow from the living and areas onto the deck ensures the perfect entertainment space. The extensive deck is furnished with an 8-seater dining table and relaxing sun loungers from where to enjoy the views. A comfortable lounge suite on the deck offers a superb setting from where to unwind, relax with sundowners and enjoy the setting sun. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The natural bamboo fence surrounding the deck ensures views blend with the green milieu. The main bedroom has an outside table and chair seating from where to enjoy breakfast or simply take in the view over Lion’s Head and the bay. From the second bedroom, step out onto a wooden deck with bench seating next to a living green wall of indigenous plants. The second floor bedrooms are both linked to a balcony bordering the roof gardens filled with fynbos. Table and chair seating allows guests to enjoy the outdoors while taking in the spectacular views.
