The cottage has a private pool and is surrounded by multiple terraces. From the terrace at the front you have a beautiful view over garden, the Hottentots Holland Mountain range, the Helderberg mountain and the vineyards of the historic Vergelegen wine estate.
The thatch cottage is fully self-catering and has its own entrance. On the ground floor we have the entrance and hall. Separate fully equipped kitchen, living and open plan dining room with doors opening to the terrace, double bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate shower and a basin and a separate toilet.
On the first floor we have a separate entertaining area with television, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath, a basin and a toilet. There are fans in each bedroom.
Cozy living/dining room with dining table, couch, chairs, flatscreen television with local satellite channels (with European channels pay tv).
Around the cottage there are multiple terraces with sunbeds, outside diner tables, chairs and table for sundowner drinks and an umbrella. The sparkling pool measures 11x 5 meter. Large communal garden and safe, free private off-street parking (own risk).
All three bedrooms have double beds with separate, extra-long matrasses 90 x 200 meter. One of the upstairs bedroom has two 2.20 matrasses. Plenty of cupboard space throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer combo, microwave, washing machine, electric stove and over, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Gas braai.
