The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, standing fan, desk, and access to a balcony with sea views. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and single vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo.

The living and dining areas provide a comfortable space with seating for four, a TV, study area, dining for eight, air conditioning, and a bar area. Enjoy panoramic sea views from the balcony. Outdoors, you’ll find dining for six, swing chairs, and a coal weber. The upper deck features a pool, sun loungers, dining for twelve, and a firepit, all set against the backdrop of stunning sea and mountain views. The building is equipped with a generator to ensure comfort during loadshedding.
