This tastefully furnished spacious apartment is situated in Simon’s Town and features a covered patio from where once can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment is conveniently located 1.8 km from Jubilee Square, with its craft markets and restaurants.

The apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children in 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. Each en-suite bathroom has a shower and a toilet and each bedroom have built-in cupboards. The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen and scullery are equipped with a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a coffee machine as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for guests convenience.

The dining area has a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and leads into the lounge with a Smart TV with Netflix and selected DStv channels. The apartment is equipped with uncapped Wi-Fi and guests to have access to off-street parking for 2 cars.

Please keep in mind that there are 20 steps upstairs to get to the apartment, with the reward of endless views on one level. Reminder that 2 out of 6 guests will need to make use of the sofa-bed in the sleeping arrangements.
