A lovely self-catering holiday home overlooking the azure blue ocean in Kwaaiwater, Hermanus.
The newly built and tastefully furnished home offers plenty of spaces to relax in, with panoramic views of both the sea and majestic Overberg mountains. The cliff path is just across the road from the villa, which provides easy access for walking or jogging.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main upstairs bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a sliding door opening onto the ocean-facing balcony. The second upstairs mountain-facing bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and leads to the garden-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs and have twin beds in each. Both share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom opens to the downstairs patio, garden and swimming pool area. A beautifully crafted outside staircase provides access from the patio area to the top balcony where one can enter the luxuriously decorated main living area. The fourth bedroom leads to the quaint front garden.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and a lounge with fireplace, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, kettle and toaster. Downstairs the second living area contains a flatscreen TV with Netflix.
Additional features include Weber braai facilities, outdoor dining, a serving hatch with picture perfect mountain views to the back balcony area, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, secure garage parking for two cars and off-street parking. A laundry area with tumble dryer and washing machine can be found in the garage.
The house is ideally located and within walking and driving distance from cliff paths, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and the golf course.
