The second and third bedrooms are situated downstairs and have 2 single beds in each. These 2 rooms have sea views and sliding doors with shutters, leading to the garden and outdoor shower. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower and laundry. The fourth bedroom is in the annex and comprises a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and a TV lounge. The fifth bedroom is also upstairs in the annex and has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a sitting room, and a balcony with sea views.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
