This home is a lovely and very comfortable, 3 bedroom beach house. With a dedicated work from home space which can be converted to a bedroom for an additional 2 people. It is within walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots.
It has a beautiful and peaceful garden, a  Jacuzzi. All areas have lovely sea views! The open plan living area, dining room, lounge, patios and kitchen create a wonderful inside outside space for entertaining – providing all one could need or want to enjoy while on holiday.
The main bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a guest loo.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with washing machine. Safe, secure house with alarm system and automated gate. Plenty of parking.
