All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with beautiful views.

Double volume lounge dining area with doors opening onto a decked patio and garden area. An enclosed veranda coming off the lounge is furnished with rattan couches and chairs and a large dining table making it a lovely living space with magnificent views. A separate patio is accessed through sliding/stacking doors, ideal for a braai.
Four of the 5 bedrooms are accessed off the main lounge passing through a snug/study. Patio door off the snug leads to a delightful astroturfed ‘secret’ garden ideal for an enclosed play area and al fresco dining.

The large main bedroom is accessed by stairs from the snug. It has a large dressing area leading to an en-suite bathroom with shower & slipper-shaped bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, large en-suite with shower and separate bath.
The 3rd bedroom has access to the secret garden, is furnished with 2 single beds, a large en-suite with shower & separate bath.
The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and hand held shower.
The 5th bedroom is attached to the main house with its own entrance. It has 2 single beds with a large en-suite bathroom with a bath.
Off the snug is the 6th bathroom/cloakroom used by visiting guests with toilet and shower facilities.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, double oven, glass top hob, 2 prep bowls, filtered drinking water, and plenty of workspaces. The kitchen is large enough for a pine table and chairs. It is very well equipped with all you need to cook and prepare meals.
