This modern beach style home with its own unique touch, spreading over 3 levels, with breath-taking views of the ‘Outeniqua’ mountains, lagoon and Indian ocean.
Perfectly suited for a very large family, 3 couples with kids or just a group of friends.
It has everything you need for a comfortable, entertaining and peaceful beach holiday, you will probably never want to leave!
Turn right into the spacious kitchen, equipped with every single cooking gadget, utensil, and dish, that any chef would be proud of, it even has a walk-in fridge!!
To the left, is the master bedroom en-suite, with a built-in cupboard and a cozy lounger positioned opposite a fireplace.
Walk downstairs (or take the lift) to the ‘everything you could imagine’ entertainment zone, with a snooker table, bar, games and TV lounge area, it is a great space for family time.
Walk out to the bottom patio, inter-leading to the inviting crystal-clear swimming pool, surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers.
There are two bedrooms on each side of the entertaining area, on the left, a bedroom en-suite with a private tranquil little garden. On the right is the kiddies room with two bunk beds and their own bathroom.
The upper level is warm, spacious and light with two more bedrooms en-suite, separated by a multi-function room with a desk for the working holiday maker, an artist corner for the creative one and a sofa with a TV for the ones that need pure relaxation. ALL rooms lead to the top patio, the perfect setting to sip on sun downers.
Down the hill (quite steep for the way back) is the main shopping center with grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bottle store, petrol station and auto banks.
The famous blue flag ‘Lookout beach’ is just around the corner, along with ‘The Look Out Deck’, one of Plett’s most visited restaurants.
