It has a central communal area with access to a north and a south wing. Each wing has 3 bedrooms. The main bedrooms have a shower en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms each share a full bathroom. On the ground floor is a separate flatlet which accommodates 4 people in 2 open plan sleeping areas. There is a large shower en-suite with double vanity basins. All rooms have ceiling fans and large cupboards. The flat has a coffee station, a lounge area and TV including full package DSTV. The top floor of the house’s central unit offers a large open-plan bar and lounge boasting a 55” flat screen TV, state of the art soundbar & full package DSTV. The beach and sea views from this magnificent room are breathtaking.

The middle floor of this central unit includes the dining area which accommodates 16 and the fully fitted kitchen. There is an under counter washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove with gas cooker top and electric oven, microwave and 2 large fridges with freezers. White aluminium folding doors open up from the dining area onto a lovely under cover veranda overlooking the beach with stairs leading down to the garden area.

The fully fenced garden offers a sparkling natural salt water chlorinated pool (with safety net if required), braai area and outdoor shower. From here the garden gate opens directly onto the path leading to the beach only a few metres away. The property has recently been renovated and the furnishings and décor are tasteful. Open plan living at its best! You will love the “sundowner spot” with its magical ambiance overlooking the beach. A place to sip your champagne and recharge your batteries!

Bedding, bath towels and beach towels as well as starter packs of toiletries, milk, tea & coffee are supplied.

This is pet friendly with secure parking for our guests. The property has a state of the art security system which includes CCTV cameras, beams and alarms.
