The Beach House is a modern double-storey self-catering house that is situated in Sheffield beach.

Perfect for a group of friends or a large family looking for comfortable lodging, close to the beach and a variety of action.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully furnished. The bedrooms are located upstairs, and are equipped with either single beds, double bunk beds or a queen-size bed, with either lovely sea or garden views from a balcony or window. The kitchen is fully equipped, and contains a double door fridge with an ice maker, a microwave and oven as well as a gas hob and ample built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery, including other appliances.

The open-plan dining area has a table and seating for 8 persons, with comfortable sofas in the lounge which also includes a flat screen TV with selected DStv channels, a home theater system and binoculars. The house also has a well equipped scullery, which includes a dishwasher and dryer, as well as a bar area with a bar fridge to entertain after a day of activities done.

The lounge includes fold over doors that leads out onto a patio and pool area which has a table and benches, where guests can enjoy and make use of the built-in braai facilities. The house is fully walled in front and fenced in back, and has an alarm system with beams and armed reaction.

House is situated one row back from the beach with a path directly in front of the house, leading to a private beach. It has an elevated 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean, which gives you amazing views from three of the bedrooms.
