Three bedrooms, and an outside study which we can make into a very comfortable bedroom. Accommodates 8. One double bed, one queen bed, one king bed and two singles.
The main bedroom opens on to a private deck. The other two/three bedrooms open on to a shared artificial grass veranda. There are two and a half bathrooms: one is ensuite in the main bedroom(shower and bath with separate toilet), the other is a family bathroom with a toilet, shower and a bath (with a door into the kids room and can therefore be used as ensuite if need be). A separate guest toilet off the entrance hall. The entertainment area has high ceilings and loads of glass opening doors, light and airy and bringing the feeling of being right in nature into the house. The kitchen has a gas top and electric oven, and a separate scullery around the back with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier. A large outside veranda with built in seating, and an outside dining table.
The home is kiddie friendly, with a great kids area around the side of the house – a putting green and an awesome jungle gym.
There is enough to do every day that you do not even need to leave the estate, as the estate amenities are amazing: nature/mountain biking trails, adventure putt putt course, many community centres and swimming pool, kids jungle gyms, sports field, outdoor gym equipment.
Servicing is compulsory. A housekeeper will service the home daily Mon- Fri (excluding public holidays) from 8am – 12pm at an additional fee. If you would like any extras like washing and ironing, this can be organised with her at an arranged fee
