Situated in the charming Simbithi Eco Estate, along the Dolphin Coast of Durban. The Estate is over 400 Hectares and also includes the Golf Estate with its own world class 18 Hole Golf Course.

The House has four bedrooms, of which one room has a king-size bed, two rooms have queen-size beds and one room has two single beds. There is an en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom.

There is a 4 Seater Golf Cart, which can be rented as an optional extra. There is an equipped kitchen, a lounge with DStv, A Smart TV with access to Netflixs and online Movies, a dining room and an outside patio area and built in braai facilities and a Big Green Egg for braaing. The abode also offers guests uncapped Wi-Fi Internet access, laundry facilities and secure parking. The house will be fully serviced throughout the let, except for Sunday’s and public holidays.The house does not have its own swimming pool but the estate has many community pools available.

Simbithi Eco Estate,  is close to many great attractions, such as the Harold Johnson Nature Reserve, the Simbithi Golf Course and the Dolphin Coast Beaches. The estate also has multiple community centers with swimming pools, jungle gyms and great play areas for kids.The house is located near the Thompson’s Bay beach gate and it is about a 5 min walk to the beach.

Thompson’s bay has a large salt water tidal pool and has shark nets and permanent lifeguards on duty.
