Simbithi is situated 30min north of South Africa’s third largest city, Durban, on the KwaZulu Natal coast.  The new King Shaka airport is a mere 10min away. This has made the north coast much more accessible for commuters, foreign tourists and investors.

Within Simbithi Eco Estate we have dedicated a parking area to allow for beach access to Thompson’s Bay beach. You can park your car or golf cart at the turnstile gate and walk 400m to the beach (a short walk for the more active!)

This double storey self-catering luxury holiday homes have four good sized in suite bedrooms (1 king, 3 double, and two single beds). The home sleeps 10 guests. The kitchen is open plan with an island and seating. The interior dining room seats 10 people and the outside dining room also seats 10 people. The indoor lounge has a large flat screen TV, DSTv dual view in the TV room and lounge. A separate TV lounge offers a flat screen TV and in suite bathroom. The home has Wi-Fi coverage.
The outdoor lounge area, which can be fully enclosed with frameless stacking glass for wind/cold protection. There is a separate scullery and pantry. A dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and coffee machine is available.
The home has air con and ceiling fans throughout, plus heating. The front garden is large and there is a small private garden off the double room. The property has a swimming pool and rain water tanks.

The house is located approximately 300 meters to 2 community center’s with pools, restaurants, braai facilities, putt putt, jungle gyms and trampolines. It is close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Holidaymakers have access to Yucca restaurant within the estate as well as the golf club with gym, golf and tennis facilities.
