Shelley Point Estate, St Helena Bay

This is a 3 bedroom house, sleeps 6, 2 Double beds and the main bedroom has a queen bed.

Two of the rooms have on-suite bathrooms and the other bathroom is separate from the room, but can be considered that rooms “on-suite” and then we also have a guest toilet at the entertainment  area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and an airfryer. There is also a washing machine.

In the TV room we have a smart TV and the house has  wi-fi.

One garage with a parking bay.

On the first floor one has a beautiful sea view, and it’s almost a minute’s walk from the beach.

Unfortunately No pets.  Parties or any social events are strongly forbidden.

The house is really luxurious,  proper wine glasses, bath and swimming towels and bedding.

NO cleaning or preparation of fresh fish, crayfish or mussels inside the house.

There is a  proper preparation space and basin in the garage where  prep work is allowed, only the cooking of it is allowed in the house.

There is a cleaning lady that comes in every Monday . Daily cleaning can be arrange at an extra cost to you.
