Zinkwazi Beach 12

This MAGNIFICIENT plantation-style beach home is located right on the lagoon’s edge with direct beach access. The house has GREAT sea and lagoon views. Both top and bottom floors have shaded verandas with furniture.

From the verandas, one can view the pool and lagoon. At the front of the property is a private jetty for you to launch and moor your boat onto the lagoon when water levels allow. The house offers a pool (no net), an active DSTV card and decoder with Duel-view option, a Weber and Stainless steel braai, Wi-Fi and the house is serviced. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and beams. It also has two lock-up garages and the alarm is serviced by an armed response team.

All bedrooms and the flat has air-conditioning. All bedrooms open onto the top veranda. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The house sleeps 8 or 12, the advertised prices are specified by numbers.

Bottom floor: Open plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen: Microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Top Floor: 1st Bedroom: King size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, double basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: King bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: Double bed. 4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. When booking for 8 you will have access to these 4 bedrooms in the house.

Should you book for 12, we open the flatlet which has 2 singles and 1 bunk bed, single beds could be turned in to a King-sized bed if need be, the flat in on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
