This lovely home has a sea view. There are a double garage and additional parking space on the property. It has an alarm supported by the armed response. It is not fully serviced, there is a compulsory maid service 2x per week on normal weekdays, you may book additional days if required. This property also has a built-in jet Master braai and a Jacuzzi.  DSTV is provided along with a 42-inch Flat-screen TV/DVD player in the main lounge area. The house also has a Foosball table, Pool table and Table Tennis Table.

Top floor: The floor on which you enter the house is level and houses the main living area which opens onto a lovely wide veranda that overlooks the ocean and extends the living area substantially. The veranda has a Jacuzzi and the roof provides the option to open for sunbathing,  the veranda is also wind shielded.  This upper level has an open plan lounge /dining room/kitchen & scullery. A guest toilet and enclosed/private outdoor shower is also provided. Kitchen: microwave, gas hob and electric oven, large double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all cutlery and crockery is provided. There is additional fridge/freezer space in the garage directly off the kitchen. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lower level: The house sleeps 10 people, suitable for 8 adults and 2 children (Children on bunk beds). 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms:1st bedroom has Queen Bed and en-suite.2nd bedroom has a double bed and en-suite.3rd bedroom with double bed and en-suite.4th bedroom with 1x double & 1x bunk beds and own bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and 32-inch Flat-screen TVs and DVD players, built-in cupboards and hangers. The bottom floor opens onto a flat lawn which is ideal for kids to play on. All linen is provided, please provide your own towels & beach towels.
