Perched high up in the village of Zinkwazi, the house offers magnificent views over the North Coast and ample space for entertainment. The house is designed with 5 bedroom family rooms with separate access from the main kitchen and entertainment areas.

It is ideal for in-door-out-door living as the large pool is surrounded by a large deck which offers lounge facilities, an alfresco dining and braai area and loungers for the sun worshipers to brown themselves.

Newly built, this home offers Wi-Fi, DSTV and a rim-flow pool, with daily servicing offered. There is plenty indoor and outdoor space to spend time together or have private space which makes it ideal for multiple or extended families. The house sleeps a total of 16 guests.

The house is situated at the southern end of Zinkwazi, where one can utilize the access path not far from the home to the beautiful and less populated south beach. It is also a mere 5 minute drive to the main beach.

The home is secured by an electric fence, security beams, electric gate and armed response. There is plenty open parking at the back of the house for cars and boats and 2 open garages.

The house is double story and on entry, the ocean views are glorious.

The main body of the house has a spacious living area with TV-lounge/playroom upstairs. This area has a large veranda and contains a pool/table tennis table. Downstairs there is an open plan dining area, under cover veranda, kitchen, scullery and guest loo. Kitchen: All cutlery & crockery, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas hob and oven. The dining room area has a separate beverage and wine fridge.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are 6 bedrooms/units with King size beds, each with their own loft area containing 2 single mattresses (for children). Each sleeping unit opens onto the main deck and has great sea views. Each sleeping unit has AC, an on-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and basin and walk-in cupboards with hanging and packing space. Unit 4 also has outdoor showers.

Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.

Please note: This house has a steep driveway but all vehicles are able to access the house. The pool area is NOT suitable for small children who are unsupervised.
