This lovely home is newly revamped, it offers fantastic views and is ideal for a smaller family. It is located two roads back from the beach, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, which are serviced by 3. Pool not netted. Walking to the beach will get rid of those holiday calories, but the walk back up is steep. You can find parking at the main beach, but best be early.

The property is secured with beams, armed response, a electric gate and is fenced. There are 2 lock up garages and space for more cars. All linen is provided, bring own towels and beach towels. Whilst un-serviced, you can rent a maid from the local cleaning service.

All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards and air-conditioning. Inside the house you will find: Downstairs: A lovely open plan living area which opens onto a covered veranda. The living/entertainment area flows onto the pool and a shielded braai area. The house opens with large glass doors. The living area has a lounge, dining room, open plan kitchen and scullery. Kitchen: Gas hob, eye level oven, double door fridge/freezer, 1 AC in kitchen, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery supplied. Separate scullery with dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. Patio. Upstairs: TV lounge with DSTV and portable AC.

The top bedrooms open up onto a large deck with similar great views. Main bedroom: King bed with DSTV and TV, en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin, and a separate shower and basin.
